Leaving a copy on the server for multiple email accounts

If you are wanting to use your email at work and at home you have the option of setting your home computer to leave a copy of an email sent to you on the server. A benefit for this would be let's say you received an email at your work address and you were at home. You read the email at home and need it at your office for later review. A copy of the email will remain on the server so that when you get to work the email is there waiting on you. Another option is email forwarding. If you have another email account like yahoo, gmail, live ect. you can log into your Webmail account through cPanel or in your client area and add a forwarder. The forwarder is free on most s5 Hosting accounts.

Here is how you setup your email to leave a copy on the server.

For Microsoft Outlook

Settings for Microsoft Outlook for leaving a copy on the server

Open Accounts from the Tools menu and select your account. Go to the Advanced tab. Select Leave a copy of messages on server and then enter the number of days you'd like to keep a message on the server before removal.
